  • Extend your sleep duration and wake up later than your usual time.
  • If you have already woken up, it’s best to get out of bed immediately and move to a brightly lit room.
  • Contrast showers, a glass of water, some light physical activity, and lively music can also help. You can combine some of these elements by starting your morning with a “dance workout.”
  • Consume a breakfast low in sugar but high in complex carbohydrates, accompanied by a moderate protein intake.
  • Be mindful of your body’s glucose response post-meal.
